I write to express my gratitude to you and your staff
for providing a professional and yet personal service over the past few months.
As you are aware, I came to you having had very bad
experiences with several property agents previously and my property in legal
disarray. My property had a sitting tenant not paying rent, an expired tenancy
agreement, unauthorised expenditure, agents who just walked away from the
